当方のツール、無料オンライン・オーディオビジュアライザー「VIZ WAVE」で書き出したwebm動画を、MP4形式に変換するために作られたツールです。変換はブラウザ内だけで完結し、ファイルは一切サーバーに送信されず、すべてお使いのブラウザ内で処理されるため、セキュリティ面でも安心してご利用いただけます。その代わり、サーバー側で処理する場合に比べると変換速度はやや遅くなります。

このツールはどなたでも自由にご利用いただけます。事前のご連絡やご許可は不要です。商用利用も問題ありません。
なお、本ツールのソースコード・デザイン・仕組みを無断で複製・転載・再配布することは禁止します。

画面右上の「JA / EN」ボタンで、日本語・英語をワンクリックで切り替えられます。初期表示は日本語で、一度選んだ言語はブラウザに記憶され、次回訪問時も同じ言語で表示されます。以下の説明は日本語表示時の画面文言で記載しています。
ドラッグ&ドロップエリアにwebmファイルをドラッグ&ドロップするか、クリックしてファイルを選択します。
3段階から選べます。用途に応じて選んでください。
目安として、2分程度の動画の場合：高画質は数分、標準は1〜3分程度、高速は30秒前後で完了します（PCの性能により変わります）。
「変換開始」ボタンを押すと変換が始まります。進捗バーが表示され、完了すると自動的にダウンロード画面に切り替わります。
「MP4をダウンロード」ボタンを押すと、変換後のMP4ファイルがダウンロードされます。ファイル名は元のファイル名の拡張子だけが.mp4に変わります。「別のファイルを変換」で最初の画面に戻れます。

A tool for converting webm videos exported from our free online audio visualizer, “VIZ WAVE,” into MP4 format. Conversion runs entirely inside your browser — files are never sent to a server, so it’s processed locally for extra peace of mind on the security side. The trade-off is that conversion is somewhat slower than server-side processing.
This tool is free for anyone to use, no prior notice or permission required. Commercial use is fine too.

Use the “JA / EN” toggle in the top-right corner to switch between Japanese and English with one click. The tool starts in Japanese by default; your chosen language is remembered in the browser and used again on your next visit.

Three options are available — pick whichever fits your needs.
As a rough guide, for a ~2-minute video: High quality takes a few minutes, Standard takes 1–3 minutes, and Fast takes around 30 seconds (varies by PC performance).
Click “Start conversion” to begin. A progress bar appears, and the screen switches to the download view automatically once it’s done.
Click “Download MP4” to download the converted file. Only the extension of the original filename is changed to .mp4. Click “Convert another file” to return to the start screen.
