【お知らせ】無料オンライン・マルチトラック音源チェッカー「MULTI AUDIO CHECKER」を公開しました
このたびRED IGUANA STUDIOでは、無料のWebツール「MULTI AUDIO CHECKER」を公開いたしました。パラデータ（マルチトラックのステム納品）や2ミックスなどの音声ファイルをドラッグ&ドロップするだけで、フォーマットやサンプルレート、ビット深度、そしてクリッピング（音割れ）の疑いがある箇所までを一覧で確認できるツールです。DAWを開く前の「最初の一手」を、少しでも軽くしていただけたらという思いで開発いたしました。
MULTI AUDIO CHECKERとは
レコーディングやミックスの現場では、クライアントやバンドからパラデータを受け取る機会が多くあります。その際、サンプルレートやビット深度がファイルごとに揃っているか、無音や破損ファイルが紛れていないかを確認しておくことは、後々のトラブルを防ぐうえで欠かせない工程です。MULTI AUDIO CHECKERは、この確認作業をブラウザ上で一括して行えるツールとして開発いたしました。
音声ファイルをまとめて読み込むと、各ファイルのフォーマット・サンプルレート・ビット深度・チャンネル数・ビットレート・尺が自動で解析され、一覧表示されます。設定が他と異なるファイルはハイライトされるため、数十本規模のパラデータであっても一目で見分けがつきます。すべての処理はブラウザ内で完結し、ファイルがサーバーへアップロードされることはありません。
主な機能
- 一覧解析とハイライト：フォーマット・サンプルレート・ビット深度・チャンネル数・ビットレート・尺を自動解析。多数派と異なる設定のファイルはオレンジ色でハイライト表示されます。
- 波形表示と並び替え：各トラックの波形を自動表示。列見出しでのソートに加え、色タブをドラッグする手動並び替えにも対応しています。
- 全トラック同時再生：全トラックの頭を揃えて同時再生でき、ミュート・ソロ（複数トラック同時可）・トラックごとの音量調整をしながら、DAWを開く前に曲全体のイメージを掴めます。
- クリッピング（音割れ）検出：しきい値以上のサンプルが3つ以上連続する箇所を波形上に赤くマーキングし、該当トラックには「⚠ Clipping」バッジを表示します。しきい値は0〜-6dBFSの範囲で調整可能です（デフォルト-1dBFS）。あくまで簡易的な自動検出のため、意図的なリミッティングやサチュレーションとの区別はつかない点にはご留意ください。
対応フォーマットはWAV / AIFF / FLAC / MP3、およびM4A・AAC・OGGなど（推定値）です。WAV・AIFF（PCM相当）・FLAC・MP3はファイルを自前で解析するため、ブラウザを問わず同じ精度で値を取得できます。
こんなことにお使いいただけます
想定している使い方はもちろんパラデータの検品ですが、実際にはそれ以外にも、さまざまな場面でご活用いただけます。
- 通常の使用方法：クライアントやバンドから受け取ったパラデータを、DAWを開く前に一括で検品する
- 納品前の最終チェック：DAWから書き出したマルチトラックデータを、納品する前にフォーマットの不整合や音割れの見落としがないか確認する
- ファイルのABテスト：全トラックのシークバーが同じ時間軸に揃うため、サンプリング周波数やビット深度が異なる素材同士でも、タイムラインを揃えたまま聴き比べができる
- 複数テイクの聴き比べ・セレクト：ソロ機能で複数トラックを同時にソロにできるため、ボーカルや楽器の別テイクを並べて聴き比べ、良いテイクを選ぶ作業に使える
- サンプル・ループ素材ライブラリの検品：配布・販売前のサンプルパックで、フォーマットの統一や無音・破損ファイルの混入をまとめてチェックする
- 動画用音声素材の確認：効果音やナレーションなど、映像編集に使う音声素材群の尺やフォーマットのばらつきを、編集ソフトを開く前に確認する
- AIステム分離出力のチェック：AIで分離・生成した各パートに、ノイズや音割れ、フォーマットの不整合が出ていないかを検品する

We’ve Released a Free Online Multi-Track Audio Checker: “MULTI AUDIO CHECKER”
RED IGUANA STUDIO is pleased to announce the release of a free web tool called MULTI AUDIO CHECKER. Simply drag and drop your audio files — stems from a multi-track session, a stereo mixdown, or anything in between — and instantly see each file’s format, sample rate, bit depth, and any potential clipping, all in one list. We built this tool to make that “first step” before opening your DAW a little bit lighter.
What Is MULTI AUDIO CHECKER?
In recording and mixing work, it’s common to receive multi-track stems from clients or bands. Before opening a DAW, it’s essential to check whether sample rates and bit depths are consistent across files, and whether any files are silent or corrupted — skipping this step can lead to trouble later on. MULTI AUDIO CHECKER was built to let you run this entire check right in your browser.
Drop in a batch of audio files and each one is automatically analyzed for format, sample rate, bit depth, channel count, bitrate, and duration, all displayed in a single list. Any file whose settings differ from the majority is highlighted, so even with dozens of stems, mismatches stand out immediately. All processing happens locally in your browser — nothing is ever uploaded to a server.
Key Features
- Batch analysis with mismatch highlighting — Automatically analyzes format, sample rate, bit depth, channel count, bitrate, and duration. Files whose settings differ from the majority are highlighted in orange.
- Waveform display and reordering — Waveforms are shown for every track. Sort by any column, or drag each track’s color tab to reorder manually.
- Synchronized playback of all tracks — Play every track from the top in sync, with mute, solo (multiple tracks at once), and per-track volume control, so you can get a sense of the whole song before ever opening a DAW.
- Clipping detection — Marks in red any spot on the waveform where three or more consecutive samples exceed a threshold, and flags the track with a “⚠ Clipping” badge. The threshold is adjustable between 0 and -6 dBFS (default: -1 dBFS). Please note this is a simple automated detector and cannot distinguish true clipping from intentional limiting or saturation.
Supported formats include WAV / AIFF / FLAC / MP3, as well as M4A, AAC, and OGG (best-effort). WAV, AIFF (PCM), FLAC, and MP3 are parsed directly, so you’ll get the same accurate values regardless of which browser you use.
More Ways to Use It
While the main use case is checking incoming stems, the tool works just as well in a number of other situations:
- Standard use — Batch-check stems received from a client or band before opening your DAW.
- Pre-delivery final check — Verify multi-track files you’ve exported from your DAW for format inconsistencies or missed clipping before sending them off.
- A/B testing files — Because every track’s playhead is aligned to the same timeline, you can compare files side by side even if they have different sample rates or bit depths.
- Comparing takes — With multi-track soloing, you can solo two or more takes at once to help pick the best vocal or instrument take.
- Checking sample and loop libraries — Before releasing or selling a sample pack, quickly confirm format consistency and catch any silent or corrupted files.
- Checking audio for video — Verify duration and format consistency across sound effects, narration, and other audio assets before bringing them into your video editor.
- Checking AI stem-separation output — Inspect the individual stems produced by AI separation tools for noise, clipping, or format inconsistencies.
